After experiencing pregnancy and postpartum, I realized that there is a lack of care and support for pelvic floor dysfunction, but especially for pregnant and postpartum women.
At Jae Physical Therapy, my mission is to provide high-quality pelvic floor physical therapy services, helping ANYBODY prepare and recover from injuries, pelvic floor dysfunction, in addition to share an understanding of birthing in order improve overall physical well-being.
