Examination
Includes assessment of the pelvic floor, prolapse assessment, intra abdominal pressure management, functional movement, balance , diastasis recti, lifting mechanics and posture, range of motion and joint testing, manual muscle testing and so much more.

Dry Needling
Dr. Joselyn is trained in dry needling of the entire body, including the pelvic floor muscles, TMJ muscles, spine, trunk, abdominals, hips, etc.
Dry needling provides a reset to muscles that are holding onto too much tension, often times the pelvic floor.
